Job Summary : The EHS Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. This role involves conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Provide EHS training and education to employees.
• Maintain EHS documentation and records.
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a safe working environment.
• Oversee hazardous waste management and emergency response plans.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
