Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- State licensure
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and behavioral therapy methods
- Familiarity with special education processes and strategies is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plansConduct patient assessments and ongoing progress evaluationsProvide training and guidance to staff, caregivers, and families on behavioral therapy strategiesEnsure proper documentation and compliance with medical and legal standardsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client goalsStay current with best practices and advancements in behavioral therapyOversee the use of evidence-based intervention techniquesCompany Benefits :
