Role Overview :

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing disputes from debtors, processing payments, and ensuring timely communication with clients. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the company's financial integrity and supporting its clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle disputes from debtors promptly and professionally.

Request validation of debt from clients as needed.

Manually process daily payments, including credit cards, ACH, cash, and checks.

Prepare and process monthly remittance statements for all clients.

Prepare daily deposits accurately and efficiently.

Answer and redirect calls to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a related field preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with financial software.
