What You’ll Do :

As our office coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the front office runs efficiently and patients have a smooth, positive experience. Responsibilities include :

• Managing daily front office operations
• Coordinating the schedule and ensuring effective patient flow
• Handling billing, collections, and treatment planning
• Supporting and guiding front office staff (and jumping in when needed)
• Enhancing patient communication and retention
