Salary Range : $85,000 to $108,000 annually + Production Incentive + Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience and job-related factors.

We currently have an opening for a part-time Occupational Therapis t / Hand Therapist to join our team at our Federal Way just outside of Seattle, WA. We are an outpatient clinic providing a wide range of services, including post-operative, neck & spine rehabilitation, and hand therapy. We are looking for a therapist who has experience in upper extremities (hands, wrists, elbows, and arms). CHT certification is not required but preferred. We offer individualized mentorship and development for those interested in becoming a certified hand therapist.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver skilled occupational therapy treatment with a focus on the hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremityDevelop and implement individualized care plans based on patient goals and functional needsFabricate custom splints and orthoses to support rehabilitation and recoveryProvide wound care and post-operative management for upper extremity conditionsCollaborate closely with referring providers, clinical teammates, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomesBuild strong relationships with your patients, colleagues, and the community you serveUtilize a modern EMR system for efficient documentation, outcomes tracking, and complianceMaintain adherence to federal, state, and insurance regulations and documentation standardsQualifications :
Graduation from an occupational therapy curriculum approved by the licensing board.Experience in hand therapy / upper extremityCHT certification preferred, but not requiredCurrent State licensure for the practice of occupational therapy.Physical Requirements :
