Lead Product Policy Manager

A company is looking for a Lead Product Policy Manager to join their Content Product policy team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement industry-leading product policies to ensure a safe environment for users

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide policy guidance and scale enforcement globally

Evaluate and iterate on policy approaches while managing complex policy discussions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Experience in content safety policy and trust and safety operations, including drafting complex policies

Strong understanding of global online safety trends and policy risk mitigation

Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor team members

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
