About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will :
Drive
sales
growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in the Chicagoland area
Manage the full
business development
cycle-from prospecting to closing and account management
Conduct outreach via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored solutions
Represent CFS with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach
