Manufacturing Operations Manager

Oversee daily operations across all manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce waste and optimize processes. Develop and present operational performance reports to corporate stakeholders using Excel and data visualization tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to support production goals. Mentor and guide supervisors and team leads to build a culture of accountability and excellence. Support strategic planning and resource allocation in alignment with site-wide objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field. 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations. Proven success implementing Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and executive-level presentations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. U.S. work authorization required. Preferred Experience : Experience managing multiple product lines or high-mix manufacturing environments. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher). Familiarity with ERP systems and KPI tracking tools.

The role is based in a manufacturing environment, offering a dynamic and growing industry setting. This position is paying 150-180k with bonus eligibility.

This is a Permanent position based out of Shreveport, LA. Pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86 / hr.
