Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality are maintained, and managing the overall staff to provide an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational and communication skills to drive the success of the restaurant.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing the restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food and labor costs.
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
