Certifications and Licenses (Required) :

What You Bring :

Proven experience in NICU settings, preferably Level III, demonstrating the ability to provide advanced neonatal care

Strong clinical skills, including ventilator management, infusion therapy, and advanced neonatal assessments

Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations

Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families

Preferred Education & Experience :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred

Minimum of 2 years of recent NICU experience, with a focus on Level III neonatal care

Prior experience working in a large hospital or specialized neonatal facility is advantageous
