Job Summary
Restaurant Associates is bringing an exceptional multi-venue dining experience to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). We're seeking a Campus Director to oversee all culinary and operational aspects across four distinct concepts : a Fine Dining Restaurant, a Wine Bar, a Caf, and Catering&Events. This leadership role requires a visionary hospitality professional with a balance of creative flair, operational excellence, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic cultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all venues across the LACMA campus, ensuring alignment with Restaurant Associates' brand standards and the museum's guest experience goals.
- Lead and develop a team of General Managers, Chefs, and service leaders across fine dining, casual, and catering operations.
- Drive financial performance, maintaining profitability across multiple outlets through strategic planning, labor management, and cost control.
- Collaborate closely with museum leadership and stakeholders to create dining experiences that complement exhibitions, events, and the overall visitor journey.
- Oversee catering, from intimate VIP receptions to high-volume galas and public programs, ensuring flawless execution.
- Curate and maintain elevated menus and beverage programs across the Wine Bar and Restaurant, featuring locally inspired ingredients and artisanal selections.
- Manage Caf operations including a full barista program, grab-and-go offerings, and seasonal smoothie and juice menus designed for museum guests and staff.
- Champion sustainability, wellness, and inclusion across all aspects of operations, in partnership with RA's culinary, wellness, and sustainability teams.
- Uphold a culture of excellence, hospitality, and mentorship across all front and back-of-house teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.7+ years of multi-unit management experience in fine dining, caf, and / or catering operations.Proven success overseeing complex, high-volume food and beverage programs with multiple concepts.Exceptional leadership and communication skills; able to build partnerships with clients and cultural institutions.Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L statements.Passion for art, culture, and hospitality, with an understanding of how to create experiences that inspire guests and elevate the brand.Apply to Restaurant Associates today!
