Job Summary:

Insight Hospital is looking for a friendly, responsible and energetic Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient care second to none! The responsibility of this position would be ensuring that the patient knows and feels like they’re our top priority. The Certified Nursing Assistant supports our medical staff and receives direction from the nurse in how to best care for patients. Top candidates for this position display a positive attitude and embrace a team player mentality, while showing a past record of exhibiting great customer service skills.

Job Requirements:

• Assists patients with activities of daily living
• Provides basic care to patients while maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Monitors and records vital signs as part of daily care
• Answers and coordinates patient questions
• Supports staff through clerical and receptionist duties as needed
• Builds a relaxing and comfortable environment for patient

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates eligibility to work for any employer in the .
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• Previous experience is preferred.
• BLS License
• Ability to relate and work effectively with others; works well within a team environment
• Demonstrates excellent skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care
• Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for professional advancement.
• Able to work compassionately with patients and coworkers to exhibit patient care second to none
• Exudes respect, drive and flexibility to impact the workplace in a positive manner.
• Great attention to detail and is able to perform to a high level of accuracy
