Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer tickets via phone, email, and chat, gathering information to resolve issues
Identify and address technical challenges faced by customers, understanding their business impact
Contribute to the knowledge management system by documenting troubleshooting insights and adhering to performance metrics
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting in a B2C or B2B environment
1+ year of experience in delivering software support
1+ year of hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server)
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to articulate software-related and technical concepts confidently
