Clear Cloud Solutions is a fast-growing Security Systems Integration, Low Voltage and Electrical Contracting company located in Southern California specializing in Security Systems Integration, IP Video Surveillance, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Low Voltage Cabling and Perimeter Security Systems in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager that will be responsible for managing multiple teams and completing projects that include the installation and maintenance of Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, and various other security and low voltage systems.

The position requires oversight of all aspects of various security systems, including personnel management, financial management, customer management, schedule management, risk management, and project completion.

The position will require the management of a geographically dispersed team of technicians, system administrators, engineers, subject matter experts, drafters, program support staff, and subcontractors to execute client-driven initiatives.

Must be proficient with MS-Project, Excel, Word, Outlook and Bluebeam Revu. Must be able to obtain a US Government clearance and pass related background checks.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide Superior Customer Experience in all tasks, internally and externally

Demonstrate strong understanding of business principles and project management methodologies

Create schedules in Asana and or Microsoft Project for multiple projects

Managing all aspects of multiple contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks

Must have a good understanding of various work orders, security and low voltage products, as well as the ability to read and understand blueprints and security system related drawings

Provides overall direction of project activities

Manages and maintains project interface with senior levels of various customer’s organizations

Consults with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with project roll out and project task schedules as well as costs and contractual obligations

Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show the progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks

Regularly perform project trend analysis to determine the status of project schedules to plans, budget conditions, and resource utilization

Complete job site safety audits and safety reports, manage the inspection of equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning

Safety and OSHA guidelines

Ability to maintain the highest level of safety standards and safe working practices

Define and support quality assurance measures

Responsible for obtaining quotes, purchasing and managing materials for multiple projects and product selection from multiple vendors.

This is to include tracking of materials to ensure they are sent to the proper locations.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and key suppliers from procurement perspective

Write proposal content effectively

Grow business with existing clients and support business growth with new clients

Must be willing to travel

Requirements :

Must have more than 5 years of actively managing security systems integration projects and security technician teams installing various equipment including IP cameras, access control devices, electrified door hardware, video management and recording appliances, intercoms, low voltage systems and other various security systems

5 years of experience working with multiple levels of leadership to ensure successful project planning and results

Previous experience managing Professional Service projects

Comprehensive knowledge of business operations, management and leadership

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Extensive knowledge of MS Project

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Ability to maintain strict confidential standards

Able to pass a federal background check

Ability to read, write and speak English

Education :

Associates degree in Construction Management, Business or equivalent

Minimum 3 years working experience in a project manager position
