This role focuses on national referral ethics and compliance. It is non-litigation-based, working with our teams, attorneys and outside firms to ensure operational and ethical compliance. It is a non-traditional, non-adversarial attorney role in an in-house setting with the largest national Plaintiff\'s Firm in the country. The right candidate can sit in any of our offices, with a preference for the East Coast.
Responsibilities
This is a non-litigation, in-house position focusing on referral ethics and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams, attorneys and outside firms to ensure regulatory and ethical standards are met across national referrals. Support the establishment and maintenance of compliant processes for referral workflows and partner relationships.
