Job description

Entry-level Operations Coordinator role open with a growing company in Charlotte!

The position is with an Electronics Manufacturer and will be a fully on-site role with the opportunity to work from home 1 / 2 days per week after training.

The position will report directly to the General Manager and assist with the day-to-day operations. This is a Client-Facing position and this person will serve as the key point of contact for clients regarding project timelines, milestones, and proactive updates. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Accounting, etc. to ensure project deliverables are being met.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support and ability to be proactive
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure timelines and project deliverables are met
  • Provide prompt and excellent communication to clients and other external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel
