Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possessthe following minimum qualifications and experience.

PURPOSE :

Thisscope of work is for application architect services to providedesign team direction technical guidance code review designdocumentation and Azure cost analysis necessary to supportoperations of the Office of Budget and Revenue Management.

Contractor will provide these services to the Florida Department ofHealth (Department).

• Leadership of a successful development and implementationof an application in Azure development;
• Eightyears of architect design and development experience with .NETapplication and Entity framework;
• Ten years ofexperience with MVC;
• Thirteen years ofObjectOriented programming ASP.NET JavaScript and applicationdevelopment using C#;
• Six years of experienceworking on a project using Scrum;
• Six years ofexperience with Azure Build and Deployment automationprocesses;
• Five years of experience with AzureDevOps including pipelines triggers blob storage data migration(between cloud and onprem) data warehouse scheduling VMs andWebjobs ADF Graph API ARM templates;
• Five yearsof experience with integrating Azure AD into a web applicationusing OpenID Connect;
• Three years of experiencewith Azure ASE and integration with SQL MI;
• Three years of experience with Azure Data Warehouse andintegration and SQL MI;
• Two years of experiencewith Power BI;
• Five years of experience withAzure cost analysis;
• Five years of experiencewith collection calculation and analysis of data related to FEMAclaims;
• Six years of experience with IISenvironment for clients and servers;
• Five yearsof experience with analysis of People First data for servicecosting;

Six years of experience with FLAIR dateand reports; and

Bachelors Degree in ComputerScience Information Systems or other related field or equivalentwith work experience.

CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

SERVICE TASKS : Contractor will perform the following tasksin the time and manner specified :

• Design codeand document application architecture as directed by theDepartment;
• Provide technical training andguidance to development team members as directed by theDepartment;
• Provide technical guidance toproduct owner as directed by the Department;
• Assist Scrum Master with monitoring development teamproductivity as directed by the Department;
• Attend and participate in all ceremonies of a Scrumdevelopment project (planning sessions standup sessions reviewsessions backlog grooming sessions pointing sessions andretrospective sessions) as directed by the Department;
• Conduct code review as directed by theDepartment;
• Work with the Departments Office ofInformation Technology and development teams to analyze andminimize costs associated with the Azure environment;
