Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. We represent clients across the state who have purchased defective vehicles that qualify as lemons.
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our firm. This is a full-time position. The Director of Marketing will lead the firm's full-funnel marketing strategy and oversee the intake-to-case process. This high-impact, in-office leadership role requires a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in a data-driven environment, excels at performance optimization, and has experience in high-volume lead generation, preferably in the legal or Lemon Law space.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead and execute the firm's comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, paid media, SEO, social, referral, and other channels.
- Oversee multi-channel lead generation and branding efforts, ensuring measurable ROI.
- Manage external vendors, advertising partners, and agencies with strict performance oversight.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize marketing funnels to increase both case volume and case quality.
Intake & Conversion Management
Collaborate with Intake leadership to enhance lead conversion, responsiveness, and qualification processes.Implement lead scoring, attribution models, and efficient intake workflows to maximize case conversion.Data & Performance Optimization
Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems across marketing and intake functions.Use analytics and performance data to guide strategic decisions and optimize channel spend.Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the lead-to-case pipeline using real-time data.Promote a culture of testing, measurement, and continuous improvement.Qualifications :
5+ years of marketing experience, with proven success managing large-scale campaigns.5+ years in a leadership role overseeing both marketing and operations teams.Strong preference for candidates with experience in Lemon Law or legal marketing.Expertise with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, CRM / Intake systems, analytics).Proven success managing intake performance and lead conversion in a high-volume environment.Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive urgency, accountability, and results in-person.Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail.Preferred Tools & Systems Experience :
