Technical Artist (Graphics Programmer)

Job Description

Design and develop graphics focused systems, processes, tooling to validate, prototype, and implement new capabilities in partnership with cross functional teams.

• Implement runtime logic, tooling within a complex real-time environment with performance limitations in mind.
• Optimize content through enhancing performance and instructing the artists and designers on asset creation, modeling and texturing best practices.
• Analyze project timelines and resource allocation, proposing adjustments to optimize production schedules through technology and process enhancements.
• Document workflows, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across teams.
• Communicate and advocate for the technical system’s role in building a platform that serves billions of users.
• Consistently give and take constructive feedback, direct next steps, and communicate clear goals and outcomes to your team.
