What You’ll Do
Lead all store operations to drive sales, profitability, and outstanding customer serviceRecruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of assistant managers and sales associatesSet daily, weekly, and long-term goals to meet or exceed financial and operational targetsExecute business strategies and local marketing efforts to increase revenue and customer engagementMaintain operational excellence in inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and loss preventionEnsure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and operational proceduresMonitor and analyze sales metrics (UPT, ADS, conversion), and take proactive actionsConduct performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee developmentCommunicate regularly with Area Managers and internal teams to align on priorities and performanceTake ownership of budget management and store expense controlParticipate in company-wide projects and initiatives as neededWhat We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of retail sales & customer service leadership experience preferred(or 7+ years of retail management experience in lieu of a degree)
Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and exceed goalsStrong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skillsHighly organized and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with financial statements, payroll budgets, and performance metricsTech-comfortable : proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher), POS systems, inventory / order software, and video conferencing toolsFlexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidaysWillingness to travel as needed for meetings, training, or store supportAble to meet physical demands of retail including lifting up to 40 lbs., standing / walking for extended periods, and occasional ladder useAbout Pendleton
