Job descriptionFREE tanning Discounts on top-quality skincare products Generous commission program Entry-level sales training Professional development opportunities Paid vacation and sick leave Health insurance 401k with employer match Flexible work schedule A fun, team-oriented work environment Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas Provide professional and upbeat customer consultations Build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers Maintain a clean and organized salon Ensure tanning beds and equipment are clean and functioning Handle cash, open and close the business Complete daily administrative tasks, including goal tracking Train and develop new sales associates High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including nights and weekends) Previous customer service experience A friendly, competitive drive to meet sales goals Leadership experience is a plus A polished, professional appearance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 8 hours per day
