As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Compliance Engineer with expertise in test standards and regulations including UL, CSA and IEC, to ensure our products meet stringent regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Architect distributed software systems that allows machines to co-ordinate events with each other to drive the manufacturing process.
- Be able to code and test your software on the manufacturing setups at our various sites.
- Co-ordinate with manufacturing team to understand the requirements and translate them to tangible software problem.
- Develop APIs backed by robust backend that can serve for various analytics requirements for the factory data.
- Work close to machines to develop interaction protocol libraries.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science / Computer engineering .
- 3+ years of experience to develop backend software.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- 3+ years of coding experience in C / C++ or Go .
- Understanding of distributed system design.
- Exposure to cloud technologies AWS / docker / data pipeline applications.
- Experience with Databases for event driven systems.
Physical Demands :
This job requires ability to walk in the factory and test your software. Travel to manufacturing sights.
