Title of Position : Restaurant Manager

Job Description :

• The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all daily operations of a single location.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential as our Restaurant Manager.
• Setting a professional and positive tone for the entire restaurant will be crucial for the success of our Restaurant Manager.
• As the Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to maintain excellent food and service quality standards.
• Training, developing, and coaching as well as counseling and providing corrective action will be the responsibility of the Restaurant Manager.

Our ideal Restaurant manager will lead by example and set extremely high-performance standards.

• Administrative functions such as scheduling inventory, budgeting, and completing daily checklists and reports will also be functions of the Restaurant Manager.
• he ability to quickly resolve any customer complaints and maintain a professional and composed demeanor will also be vital as our Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications

• The Restaurant Manager should possess 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience
• A passion for developing and mentoring others is a must for the Restaurant Manager
• The Restaurant Manager should have a proven track record of achieving financial results
• The Restaurant Manager should have a high degree of honesty, integrity, and guest orientated philosophy
