Construction Sales Representative to generate new business and manage bids for stormwater infrastructure and utility projects. This role combines fieldwork, client relationship management, proposal development, and CRM coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue leads in stormwater and utility construction
- Build relationships with property managers, engineers, and municipalities
- Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals
- Manage data and project updates in CRM (PipeDrive)
- Coordinate awarded projects with internal teams
- Attend site visits, meetings, and networking events
Qualifications :
