Job Description
Position : Divestiture IT Specialist
Location : Remote Work
Job Type : Contract Role
Please Note :
The initial contract duration would be 8-9 months, with potential extension depending on how the divestment progresses.
We’re looking for someone with roughly 7–10 years of experience, but what matters most is hands-on execution. This isn’t a director-level advisory role. It’s a roll-up-your-sleeves, embedded resource who can drive system separation activities, coordinate application and data migrations, document processes, manage TSA dependencies, and keep the workstreams moving across IT, RevOps, and business stakeholders.
Job Description :
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in commercial applications, systems, and processes who has worked with organizations navigating divestments. This could be structured as either a contingent role or a consulting engagement, but the key is that this person would be dedicated to CHI and focused solely on divestment activities.
To be clear, this is not a high-level director-type role. It’s a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on execution role where the individual is embedded in the work and driving outcomes.
The intent is to free up my team to stay focused on their core priorities while this resource helps us manage critical separation tasks. Key areas of focus would include :
Supporting system separation activities (ERP, CRM, BW, and related commercial platforms).
Coordinating application and data migration workstreams, ensuring timelines are met.
Mapping, documenting, and validating commercial processes as they shift from Lonza to CHI.
Acting as a liaison across IT, RevOps, and business stakeholders to keep divestment deliverables on track.
Monitoring TSA dependencies and helping to prepare for Day 1 readiness.
Addressing process gaps as they surface, providing hands-on execution where needed.
