A company is looking for an AR Licensed Clinician : LCSW in Behavioral Health and Family Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Provides customized care and treatment plans for patients in assigned Care Pods

Coordinates behavioral health care with primary care providers and monitors patient progress

Documents patient interactions and treatment recommendations in electronic health records

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

Licensed to practice in Arkansas as an independent clinician (LCSW / LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)

Minimum of 1-5 years of clinical experience
