Job descriptionDrive the development of yearly budget, monthly forecast, and LRP for total North America supplier income. Evaluate the forecast for risk and opportunities to present to executive leaders. Provide ad hoc decision support on new supplier income initiatives. Partner with accounting to review complex vendor contracts to ensure appropriate accounting treatment. Help implement and improve upon new processes related to supplier income tracking. Escalate material risks to executive leadership and work with Commercial business partners to develop mitigation strategies. Manage team of 2 Sr. Analysts Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. MBA a plus 5+ years' work experience including financial and / or operational analysis Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP (Preferred) Experience with financial budgeting, planning, and analysis Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills and must be comfortable working with senior leaders Strong Excel skills and experience with EPM tools Proven experience with managing and developing staff Must be a self-starter and willing to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment Frequent sitting Limited standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling Limited travel or overnight Occasional travel or overnight Frequent travel or overnight; including international Normal or corrected vision and hearing Can distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns, or materials Fluency in English is required for training, customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Typically, indoors Typically, in a consistent temperature Lift 0-25 lbs. As the Manager Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for financial support and analysis as it relates to supplier income. Supplier income comprises a material portion of the company's net profit and plays a critical role in the company's overall financial strategy. This role will oversee and support the process for budget, forecast, and long-range planning for supplier income and provide ongoing analysis and decision support for the Commercial business leaders.
Location : Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119
Schedule : Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed, 40 - 50 hours per week
Pay : $125,000 - $135,000
