Position Overview :

As a Remote Interior Design Assistant / Space Planning Coordinator you will work closely with our clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their needs and preferences. You will be responsible for assisting with the design process sourcing materials and furniture and coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
• Assist with creating design concepts and space plans
• Source materials furniture and accessories within budget and style requirements
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
• Conduct site visits and assist with installations as needed
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design services

Pay Rate : $50-70 per hour depending on experience

Training Pay : $40 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus : $700 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule : Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs / week) or Part-time (20 hrs / week)

Work Type : 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
