Territory Manager (Commercial Restoration)

Our client, a leading commercial property restoration company, is seeking to add a Territory Manager to their team in Madison, WI . This is a direct hire position that will pay $90K-$125K+ on salary (depending on relevant experience) and include bonuses and commissions to increase the “all in” package to potentially $200K+. It also includes a generous benefits package - health / dental / vision insurance, PTO, and a 401k match. We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of commercial restoration experience in Sales & Estimating.

Job Summary :

As Territory Manager you will be proficient at analyzing sales data and determining the most effective sales approaches, communicating with customers, and listening to their questions or concerns. The Territory Manager will also be responsible for reviewing market data and competing business numbers to address sales challenges and will also oversee preparing and presenting updated sales reports to executives. Qualified candidates will have previous Sales & Estimating experience and the ability to put together new quotes on future business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Meet with current and prospective clients to create competitive estimates to win the business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up to date with industry trends.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
