Asa Field Service Automation Technician II here at Honeywell Building Automation(BA), you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertiseto our customers in the field of automation.
You will be responsible fortroubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, installing andmaintaining automation systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Yourexpertise and commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of ourfield service operations and the growth of our business.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out ofour location on a work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers'facilities by providing exceptional technical support and service.
You will beresponsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining automation systems,conducting system diagnostics, and resolving technical issues.
Additionally,you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successfulimplementation of our solutions and provide training to customers and fieldservice engineers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for automation systems
- Install, configure, and maintain automation systems
- Conduct system diagnostics and perform repairs as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successfulimplementation of solutions
- Provide training to customers and field service engineers

YOUMUST HAVE :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering, with afocus on automation systems
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in automation technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering orrelated field
