We are seeking a dependable, flexible, and initiative-taking Administrative Assistant with a cheerful outlook to join our team! This position entails supporting the Management team with a variety of tasks related to the organization.
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills :
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Administrative Assistant and HR experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and people skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist HR Manager and CEO with department needs and tasks.
- Assist HR Manager with recruiting and onboarding.
- Assist with preparation of various reports as requested by management.
- In charge of ordering office, client and facility supplies as needed.
- Assist with editing and research for implementation of plans required by governing entities.
- Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
