Job descriptionPay : $19 / hour (based on experience) Provide exceptional customer support and product guidance through inbound calls, chat, and email. Learn and communicate product details about diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry craftsmanship. Assist customers with orders, payments, and post-purchase inquiries. Promote company benefits and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours and maintain reliable attendance.
Customer Service Representative – E-Commerce Fine Jewelry Industry
100% onsite in Frederick, MD 21710
Schedule :
- Normal business hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
- Overtime requirement : Two evening shifts per week (non-negotiable) and one weekend day each week
