The Director, PMO, Microbiology for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver major programs within the Microbiology product lines, from business case development through product launch and transition to sustaining operations. This position is part of the Microbiology R&D organization located in Sacramento, CA and will be an on-site role. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Lead core and extended teams to execute program objectives.
• Resolve escalated issues and facilitate trade-off decisions within project scope.
• Ensure teams are staffed with qualified resources.
• Serve as the primary communication point for project updates to L1 Microbiology Team via PPG, and functional leaders.
• Drive achievement of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) metrics.
• Identify risks and implement countermeasures for delays or budget overruns.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure compliance with internal policies.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $215,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
