Senior Contracts Specialist

Position Summary
This role is primarily responsible for negotiating a variety of contract types, including basic science industry sponsored research agreements (SRAs), service agreements (SAs), confidentiality agreements (CDAs), data use agreements (DUAs), material transfer agreements (MTAs), consulting agreements and amendments. This role will also ensure that the proposed terms and conditions, budgets, and corresponding obligations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policy. This position requires strong oral and written communication ability to properly represent the WCM brand and support the WCM research community.

Bachelor's Degree in related field
Experience
Approximately 2-4 years of related experience, with at least 1 year of experience negotiating CTAs or work in clinical research contracting. Strong understanding of contract negotiations and / or healthcare knowledge and research administration. Knowledge of research integrity policy (Conflicts of Interest, IRB, DSMB, IBC, IACUC, etc.) a plus. Possession of a juris doctorate or advanced degree is highly desired.
