Job description?? What You'll Do : Design and deploy machine learning models to solve high-value business problems Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics and evaluate outcomes Build dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and track model performance Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Contribute to data science best practices, experimentation frameworks, and model governance ?? What We're Looking For : 5+ years of experience in data science or applied analytics Strong programming skills in Python and SQL Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data wrangling Experience with cloud-based data tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Proven ability to translate complex data into business value Bonus : Experience with A / B testing, causal inference, or time series modeling
