Benefits Manager - $43 / 46 / h - DC

Our client, a mission-driven non-profit, is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to provide temporary support. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in benefits administration who can step in immediately to manage day-to-day operations and support open enrollment.

What You'll Do :

• Serve as a benefits expert to managers and employees, providing guidance on policies and programs
• Support and manage open enrollment and related processes
• Administer and oversee day-to-day benefits operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with the team on projects and process improvements
