The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $150,000 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of Fenty Beauty's social media strategy across YouTube, Pinterest, and community across all platforms. You will be responsible for creating a social playbook for our branded social channels (specifically YouTube and Pinterest), driving brand awareness, building customer engagement and loyalty, and supporting business goals. You will stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of social media.

This role will be dedicated to cross-brand channels including Pinterest, YouTube, and Instagram Broadcast. Additionally, you will lead our community management strategy across all platforms.
