FSS Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Mid to Senior Level Alarm Technician specializing in AES Radio device installation, service, maintenance, and testing. This role requires daily travel to customer sites and focuses on providing top-tier customer service, thorough issue documentation, and efficient resolution processes. As a key member of our AES Field Service team, the Technician will be responsible for ensuring AES Radio devices operate reliably and meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Installation & Maintenance : Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot AES Radio devices and related Fire Alarm systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• System Testing : Perform system tests to verify device operation, ensure compliance with safety and performance standards, and diagnose any functional issues.
• Issue Documentation : Accurately document all issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities in company systems for future reference and compliance requirements.
• Customer Service Excellence : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, communicating service timelines, and offering clear explanations of device operations and solutions.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure all installations and maintenance meet regulatory and safety standards, adhering to company protocols and industry best practices.
• Daily Travel : Travel daily to customer sites within the service region, maintaining a high level of punctuality and preparedness for varying fieldwork conditions.
• Collaboration & Reporting : Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to facilitate smooth project completion and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Required Qualifications :

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred for safety compliance)
