Key Responsibilities

Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation

Draft and file pleadings, respond to discovery, and support motion practice

Order and track medical records; coordinate expert review and disclosures

Required Qualifications

1+ years experience as a Paralegal with a focus on insurance defense or civil litigation preferred

Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced legal environment preferred

Familiarity with local court rules and legal procedures
