$21-26 / hour DOE
Responsibilities :
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and appliances
Conduct inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Complete work orders in a timely manner, documenting all repairs and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building systems and equipment, recommending and implementing solutions as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as changing filters, lubricating moving parts, and inspecting equipment for signs of wear and tear
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping
- Assist with renovation and remodeling projects as directed by property management
- Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure customer satisfaction
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

- Clean driving record & means of transportation
- Good communication skills

- Advanced handyman repair skills
- HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical / Appliance all preferred
- Advanced repair knowledge in areas such as appliances, sheet rock repair, painting, glass repair, pool maintenance, boilers, and general handyman work etc.
