Property Maintenance Technician

Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm

$21-26 / hour DOE

Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and appliances

Conduct inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Complete work orders in a timely manner, documenting all repairs and maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building systems and equipment, recommending and implementing solutions as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as changing filters, lubricating moving parts, and inspecting equipment for signs of wear and tear
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping
• Assist with renovation and remodeling projects as directed by property management
• Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure customer satisfaction

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

• Four years??? experience maintenance related field
• Clean driving record & means of transportation
• Good communication skills
• Capable of prioritizing (and re-prioritizing)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Apps (Sheets, Drive), iPad
• Advanced handyman repair skills
• HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical / Appliance all preferred
• Advanced repair knowledge in areas such as appliances, sheet rock repair, painting, glass repair, pool maintenance, boilers, and general handyman work etc.
