What to Expect

As a Learning & Development Specialist in Midstream Operations, you'll play a critical role in shaping a skilled, future-ready workforce. You'll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of technical and professional development programs that empower employees to grow and succeed. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll collaborate with leaders, influence culture, and drive operational excellence across the region. This role will support the Northern Midstream region.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging, high-quality training programs tailored to Midstream operations and technical competencies.
• Lead skill mapping, onboarding, and assessments to ensure employees are equipped for success from day one.
• Partner with leaders to identify learning needs, develop training plans, and align development with business goals.
• Facilitate instructor-led training and hands-on skill development, including OQ evaluations and refresher courses.
• Act as a subject matter expert in developing and updating training content and competency frameworks.
• Monitor training effectiveness, analyze data, and close gaps through continuous improvement.
• Support compliance with training standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across regions to share best practices and ensure consistency in training programs.
