Pay : $19-$19.75 per hour, depending on experience

Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM; Saturdays as needed during tax season

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll support daily front office operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth communication between clients and staff. You'll work closely with office agents and administrative team members to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do :

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for :

• Answering incoming phone calls professionally
• Transferring calls to the appropriate offices
• Taking client information, attaching it to the correct bag, tracking it, and delivering it to the correct agent
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining confidentiality and showing urgency in client interactions
• Using basic computer programs to support daily tasks
• Representing the office professionally in all front-facing interactions
• Communicating clearly with clients and staff
