Job description

Top Secret / Sci Early Career Hr Position

Responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance within the human resources program in a classified environment with multiple sub-contractors, partners, technologies, systems, and services.

Responsibilities include :

  • Working within current business processes to provide technical and administrative support to human resources, leadership and talent development, and / or compensation & benefits project teams.
  • Coordinating and meeting deliverable deadlines.
  • Conducting analysis and research in support of projects.
  • Producing weekly activity reports (war).
  • Preparing presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Ts sci clearance.
  • Associate degree in business administration, human resources, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in hr or administrative role.
  • Solid ms office skills.

  • Desired years related experience : 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with hr software preferred (yello, hand-shake, hirevue).
  • Certifications none.
