Director of Clinical Transformation

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the development and deployment of clinical transformation programs to improve quality and patient service

Lead engagement with practice operators and radiologist leaders to ensure success of clinical transformation initiatives

Oversee a team of up to 6 direct reports and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met across all programs

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in a related field

5+ years of experience in healthcare business, preferably in provider operations

2+ years of people management experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Experience in radiologist practice operations
