Position Summary
Equipment Experts, Inc. is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to our team in Lakewood, WA.
The OSR is a key contributing role that is responsible for sourcing, cultivating, and maintaining relationships of profitable potential and current accounts for the company. The OSR plays a crucial role : aligning excellent customer service with our internal need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally and externally facing, and requires a high level of customer service and communication skills.

Performance Objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in line with company objectives
- Make 50-100 outbound calls weekly to convert leads into sales
- Maintain an insurable driving record for smooth transportation during customer visits
- Collaborate with team members to generate profitable business opportunities and ensure a steady flow of incoming work
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Conduct targeted meetings with new customers to showcase EEI’s value proposition and generate leads
- Acquire new customers and expand EEI’s market presence to drive revenue growth
- Meet or exceed targets for the value of closed orders to contribute to organizational growth

Full-time position : Monday through Friday, 7 AM - 4 PMPay
