Location : Boca Raton, FL Compensation : $240,000+ (Base + Bonus) with Full Benefits

We are seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in an established, high-volume outpatient practice located in beautiful Boca Raton . This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate physician who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to make a lasting impact on children and families.

Our practice emphasizes personal, attentive care-from routine checkups and immunizations to sports physicals and developmental guidance-within a warm, family-focused setting.

Position Highlights

• Base Salary : $215,000-$230,000 (based on experience and board status)
• Annual Bonus : Up to $10,000
• Total Compensation : $240,000+
• Schedule : Full-time, outpatient only
• Daily Volume : 25-30 patients
• Support Team : Dedicated front desk, scheduler, CMA, and a full-time ARNP (4 days / week)
