HRIS Systems Administrator

A company is looking for an HRIS Systems Administrator (Workday).

Key Responsibilities

Oversees and maintains optimal function of HRIS applications, including implementations and design

Analyzes data for trends and recommends process improvements and enhancements

Provides technical support and serves as a liaison between HR, IT, and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business, Computer Science)

Five (5) years' experience as a system administrator for Workday HCM products

Three (3) years' experience as a system administrator for UKG Pro WFM products

Three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting

Required to pass Workday HCM Pro Certification exam within 6 months of hire
