Construction Manager Trainee (CMT) Summary :

The  Construction Manager Trainee  assists in the supervision, coordination, & management of all assigned residential construction.

Your Responsibilities on the Team Assisting in preparing & maintaining job schedules.

Inspecting & enforcing job safety requirements.

Completing ‘punch lists’ & assisting in completion of new home orientation lists.

Attending construction meetings & training classes as scheduled.

Ensuring job site cleanliness & assisting in completion of model / inventory maintenance.

Assisting in areas of service-related issues.

Daily interaction with various division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, & homeowners.
