The Opportunity

As our Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, you’ll be the strategic partner guiding iBio’s financial future. You’ll influence key business decisions, drive financial transparency, and ensure every project is set up for success. Your insights will directly impact our ability to innovate, grow, and deliver life-saving therapies.

Location & Work Arrangement :

• East Coast candidates : This role is fully remote, aligned with the Eastern Time Zone to collaborate seamlessly with our Finance and Accounting team.
• San Diego, CA candidates : This role is fully onsite at our San Diego office.

Base Salary Range

The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $119,540.00 to $158,460.00, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The base salary range reflects the target range for this position, but individual pay will be determined by various factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, job-related skills, relevant education attained, work location, and organizational needs. This range may be modified in the future. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
