  • Number of Beds : 16
  • Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : MT, at times a tech is staffed depending on census
  • Type of equipment : Impella, GE monitors, Temporary Pacemakers, EKOS, IABP, Artic Sun, Hemodynamic monitoring
  • Documentation system : Meditech
  • Scheduling requirements : 36 hours weekly
  • Floating policy : Float in rotation with core staffing
  • Patient Experience requirements :

    • Hospital Specifics-

  • Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH

    • Must have : Critical thinking, self-motivated

    Procedures performed on unit : Central line insertions, dialysis catheter insertions

    Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, NIH
